Our Spaw Menu
- Bath and Tidy: Includes a face, foot, and pad trim, bum trim, bath, blowout, brushing, ear cleaning, ear plucking only when required and discussed with their owner, and nail trim with plenty of extra pats. This service usually takes about 2 hours.
- Full Grooming: Includes an all over trim with scissor finishing, bath, blowout, brushing, nail trim and pad trim, ear cleaning, and ear plucking only when required. This service takes about 3 hours.
We ask that all new spa clients complete the online grooming information form below and tell us all about your fur baby. This way, when you arrive on the day of appointment, the groomer can discuss the form with you and offer advice on the best way to groom your pup. Pricing will also be given during the initial assessment between our groomer and your pooch.

Cassia loves grooming pups! She has been trained by Puptown owner (and her mother) Juanita. Cassia loves making the pups look their very best, but she also wants to ensure your pup always feels safe and comfortable during these services.
JUANITA
Owner & Groomer
Juanita is a lover of all animals. Walking dogs and yoga are her two favourite pastimes. Juanita has owned huskies over the years and is passionate about supporting the cause of rescuing abused dogs. She also owns two crazy cats and would live on a farm with dozens of animals if she could. Juanita is an owner of another Burnaby business and feels privileged to be a Puptown girl because it combines her love of dogs with her love of connecting with people.
Juanita has combined her true passion for dogs and her artistic eye to drive her to be an exceptional groomer. She has mastered the patience in dealing with nervous or difficult dogs with a soothing energy to bring calmness to the overall grooming experience for your pup. She takes pride in what she does and makes sure that she fully understands what every client expects from their pup's grooming experience. She will always work with dog owners to advise them on how to care for their pup's coat after their grooming service to ensure that they get the maximum benefit from the experience.
STEVEN
Groomer
Steven attended Western Grooming school and is an avid dog lover. He loves the challenge of grooming and making dogs look very best! Steven has a Japanese spitz that he dotes on, and he is very family oriented.
NUR
Groomer
Nur immigrated to Canada from Turkey and has always had a love for all things dog related. She would bring her pup to Puptown Girls for grooming services, and after learning about the job and being mentored by owner Juanita, she pursued her dreams of becoming a groomer.
